Macadamia salad dressing

Macadamia salad dressing

A blend of macadamia oil, mustard and red wine vinegar combines to give you this salad dressing with a difference. Serve with your favourite salad.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons macadamia oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a jar, season with pepper and place the lid on. Give the jar a good shake until well combined.
