Amazing cakes inspired by famous paintings

A UK-based artist Maria A. Aristidou has taken art to the kitchen, creating a series of cakes inspired by famous paintings.

The series, titled “Art on Cakes” depicts well-known paintings such as “The Scream,” “The Persistence of Memory,” and “The Starry Night,” scrawled across a canvas of cake, all of which took anywhere from six to ten hours to complete.

We never thought we’d say this, but these cakes just look too good to eat!
