Apple and cinnamon cake
This baked golden cake filled with warm apple, sour cream and cinnamon is delicious and super simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 340g packet buttercake mix
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 125g butter, melted
- 400g can apple pieces
- 300g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
