Baked asparagus fries

Craving chips but don’t want to compromise your health and diet? Try these baked asparagus fries as a healthy alternative.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. After preheating your oven to 220°C, spray a baking tray with cooking spray or line with baking paper.
  2. Combine parmesan and panko in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
  3. Coat asparagus in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat in panko/parmesan.
  4. On your baking sheet, place asparagus and cook for 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
