Baked parmesan fries

Get crunchy golden chips at home every time with this easy recipe. And as they’re baked, not fried you can feel better about indulging.

Serves: 4-6

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C. In a large bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  4. Place the coated potato wedges on a sheet pan in a single layer, with skins facing down. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
