Classic mint sauce
This classic English mint sauce is so easy to make you’ll never buy store-bought versions again!
Ingredients:
- Large bunch of mint, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons boiling water
- 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon caster sugar
Method:
1. Combine mint and caster sugar in bowl
2. Add boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves. Leave to cool.
3. Stir in vinegar and mix well. Taste. Add more water or vinegar to suit taste.
