Coconut breakfast bowl

Courtesy of chef and nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin from Good Chef Bad Chef, here’s a healthy breakfast bowl recipe to start your day right. It’s quick and easy and filled with superfoods like chia seeds and goji berries, but if that doesn’t take your fancy you can always customise it.

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender/food processer and blend well, adding extra Coconut Milk until desired consistency is reached

2. Pour mixture into a bowl and decorate with toppings of choice
