Devilled eggs

Devilled eggs are a classic for a reason: they’re delicious, and with this recipe, they’re so simple to make.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Hard boil eggs. Drain water and run eggs under cold water for several minutes.
  2. Crack shells and remove whilst under running water.
  3. Half eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks. Place whites on a serving plate.
  4. In a medium sized bowl, mash yolks. Add vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  5. Scoop or, for a fancier look, pipe yolk mix back into their white halves.
  6. Top with paprika. Serve.
