Easter egg cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 325g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 ½ cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 3 cups icing sugar, sifted
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- Chocolate easter eggs, to garnish
