Fruit salad pudding
Fruit salad is always a dessert-time winner, particularly in the summer months. Here’s a recipe for a delicious, healthy fruit salad, with a pudding twist. Perfect after a barbeque!
Ingredients:
- 100g instant vanilla pudding mix
- 800g peach slices, undrained
- 500g sliced pineapple, undrained
- 450g strawberries
- 300g blueberries
- 300g raspberries
- 150g cherries
- 2 oranges
- 2 kiwi fruit
- Bunch of grapes (red or green)
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Method:
- Combine peaches, pineapple and the dry vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl, including the juice that comes from the cans.
- Mix well until the pudding is dissolved.
- Chop up oranges and kiwi fruit and prepare additional ingredients.
- Stir in strawberries, blueberries, oranges, raspberries, cherries and grapes.
- Chill until the mixture sets, then serve.
