Healthy sweet potato chips
A welcome change – albeit a healthier choice than its starchy, carb-laden cousin the regular potato – these sweet potato chips make the perfect accompaniment to any meal. And they’re super simple to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean and cut lengthways into eight wedges
- ½ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
- olive oil
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
2. Toss the sweet potato wedges in a roasting tray with a pinch of salt and pepper, the paprika and some olive oil.
3. Cook in the hot oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
