Mango salsa
A fresh, colourful mango salsa that makes a great dip with tortilla chips or as a sweet-and-spicy salad on its own.
Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 tomato, deseeded, diced
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 yellow chilli, halved, deseeded, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, combine mango, tomato, onion, coriander, chilli and lime juice. Mix well. Season to taste with salt. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
