Mocha frappe
There’s no need to head to a fancy café to try the latest mocha frappe. You can make your own delicious version in the comfort of your own home.
Serves: Two
Ingredients:
- ½ cup espresso coffee
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 4 Tim Tam biscuits
- 2 tablespoons chocolate topping
Method:
- Place coffee and sugar in a jug.
- Stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Blend milk, ice, biscuits and coffee mixture together until icy and almost smooth.
- Divide topping between glasses.
- Top with milk mixture. Serve.
