One minute lemon raspberry and yoghurt mug puddings

Have a spare minute? Perfect for morning or afternoon tea, these lemon raspberry and yoghurt mug puddings are incredibly easy to make and very delicious!

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Whisk ingredients, except berries, and whisk together in a 250ml capacity tea cup or mug.
  2. Sprinkle with berries.
  3. Microwave on high for a minute, or until the cake appears cooked through.
  4. Serve with vanilla yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
