Peanut butter cookies

- 235g unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (the real kind is preferable to imitation)
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups + 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ teaspoon salt
