2-minute scrambled eggs in mug

Welcome to easier morning with our handy shortcut to making scrambled eggs in less time than it takes to toast bread.

Method:

1. Coat a microwave safe mug or dish with cooking spray. Add eggs and milk, whisking until mixed.

2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir mixture. Microwave for a further 30 seconds longer until eggs are almost set. Top with shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
