Salted caramel cake in a mug

If you love caramel and cake but don’t like to wait, you find this easy salted caramel mug cake irresistible.

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Add butter to mug and melt in microwave.

2. Add egg and milk and whisk together.

3. Add flour, sugar, bi-carb soda, and salt, stirring until mixed thoroughly.

4. Add one tablespoon of caramel sauce, without stirring.

5. Microwave for 1 minute or until cooked to your liking.

6. Top with remaining salted caramel.
