Yoghurt with red grapes, pepita and LSA
If you’re someone who enjoys a nice Greek yoghurt of a morning, this simple recipe will transform your breakfast. Talk about a tasty way to start a day!
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 200g Greek-style natural yogurt
- 2 teaspoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) mix
- 1/3 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon pepita seeds
Method:
- Retrieve a container or serving bowl.
- Dollop the yoghurt into the container.
- Sprinkle with LSA.
- Top the mixture with grapes and pepitas and enjoy!
