Big news for Kylie Minogue
Kylie Minogue and her boyfriend Paul Solomon have had their engagement confirmed by their "thrilled" stepmother, according to MailOnline.
Minogue has been dating the GQ boss since 2018 and has been keeping quiet over questions as to their future wedding plans.
However, Paul's stepmum Gloria said that she was "thrilled" and "excited" to confirm the engagement.
"It's very exciting. But, I'm sorry, I cannot tell you any more because I've been told not to. I respect my son and I respect Kylie too much to say any more."
Paul's brother-in-law Ivor Jones said that he and his wife Nivola had met Kylie.
"She is absolutely lovely," said builder Mr. Jones.
He added: "Give me a million and we can say something."
Kylie has been thrilled about the relationship, saying that they "met at the right time".
"Yeah I did [get a magical feeling] actually. Maybe not quite like a romance novel, where there are butterflies and stars start shooting through the air! But yeah, definitely.
"All my friends said to me, 'You were acting different.' And that's when I knew that there was something. Because I thought I was acting cool but maybe I wasn't."
A representative for Kylie has denied the engagement rumours, saying that the news was "not true" and the couple are "happy as they are".
