When was the last time you took a bath?
When was the last time you had a bath? Does your home even have a bath tub?
If you haven’t used it in a while, it’s actually quite interesting to ask whether your bathroom really needs it.
Baths are perfect for parents with young children, to help them shower.
Whether you’re thinking of moving house, it is possible that the potential new owners would prefer a bath.
However, not every bathroom can have a bathtub because there is just not enough room.
Bathtubs are also more prevalent in houses with three or more bedrooms.
If you’re looking to sell, keep in mind that a bathtub itself does not exactly affect the value of the house, but is a preferred feature if the space is there.
