Musical home of Taylor Swift up for grabs

The stunning home where artist Taylor Swift learnt how to play guitar has sold for $US 999,900 ($1.34 million).

Before shooting up the charts, Taylor spent most of her junior high years taking two weekly lessons from guitarist Ronnie Cremer.

The family spent three years in the beautiful one-of-a-kind Georgian Colonial home before moving out to support Taylor’s career.

The luxurious three storey estate boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms, perfect for a growing family.

Walking into the home, you are greeted with perfect hardwood flooring before walking through the double glass doors.

There you will find a lavish formal dining room with decorations to suit the style and incredible backyard views where there is also a heated swimming pool.

For those cooler winter nights there is a den where you can sit and relax by the brick fireplace which has a statement making mantel.

The massive kitchen and breakfast room is perfect for a gourmet chef to cook on the gorgeous marble top island.

There is a large sink, wooden cutting board, commercial grade Viking range with double oven, floor-to-ceiling cabinets and built-in refrigerator with matching panels, built-in dishwasher and microwave.

Upstairs in the master bedroom is a private deck, and a luxury bath with double vanity, tile floors, and travertine, tile shower and tub.

In the basement is a powder room and wine cellar.

The home sold for $US 999,900 ($1.34 million) after a $US 100,000 price cut.
