Prince Harry's new neighbour is Ellen DeGeneres
Ellen DeGeneres is set to rub shoulders with her royal neighbours Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after snapping up a mansion in the exclusive area of Montecito, California.
She bought the sprawling South-African-style mansion in late September and could meet the royal couple as they put roots in LA after stepping down as senior royals.
Ellen and her wife Portia's rumoured new home has 4.3 acres of land, a 9,000 square foot South African style main building, a pool house, a guest house, a detached garage and a barn.
All five structures circle a large lily pond stocked with fish that comes with a rowboat.
There's also an infinity-edged swimming pool that overlooks the pond.
Former owners SNL comedian Dennis Miller and his wife Carolyn Espley-Miller sold the home to DeGeneres in late September, with the private deal being one of the most expensive deals in the Santa Barbara County area.
The estate was never publicly on the market, but many have gone through Espley-Miller's Instagram account to see what the inside of the home looks like.
It boasts high ceilings, an open-plan kitchen, black and white checkerboard-style marble floors and an entire wall made of glass windows.
