Inside Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones's magnificent $22 million New York mansion
Hollywood couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are in talks to sell their estate in New York to Australian cardboard billionaire Anthony Pratt.
The home in Westchester was bought in 2014 for NZD$16 million, according to the NY Post, with the powerhouse due now looking to sell the mansion for NZD$22 million.
The sprawling property features eight bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a gym, a spa with two indoor pools, a sauna and a steam room.
The home was built in 1895 and is a massive 15,458 square foot.
Zeta-Jones has renovated the mansion room by room and documented the process on her Instagram account with the hashtag “StyleByZeta”.
Outside, there’s a pool, a tennis court, a guest cottage that has two apartments and a greenhouse.
There’s also a four-stall barn, an outdoor ring, four paddocks and direct access to the Bedford Riding Lanes trails.
