When you think about the world’s most popular tourist attractions, you might guess the Eiffel Tower, Buckingham Palace or the Great Wall of China.
But the most reviewed tourist attraction in the world on TripAdvisor is in fact, a church. The La Sagrada Família in Barcelona, to be exact.
It has amassed more than 109,000 reviews and counting on the travel review site and has an impressive rating of 4.5 stars.
Although the La Sagrada Família is by no means a hidden gem, it’s not exactly top of mind when you think of the most popular attraction in the world.
But it is the most visited attraction in Spain with more than three million visitors flocking to the site.
