Chocolate chip blondies

With only three simple steps, these delicious blonde brownies just might be the easiest dessert you’ll ever make.

Serves: 24

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cups of self-raising flour
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together and preheat oven to 120°C.

2. Pour into a 33cm by 22cm baking pan. 

3. Bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool, and slice.
