Nutella cake in a mug

Craving something sweet but short for time? This Nutella mug cake will leave you feeling satisfied. Whip up this delightful dessert in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons of self-rising flour
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons of Nutella spread
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable/olive oil

Method:

1. In a large mug, mix all ingredients together, whisking until smooth.

2. Microwave for 1 and a half to two minutes or until cooked through.

3. Top with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce.
