Ingredients:

  • 235g unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (the real kind is preferable to imitation)
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cups + 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾  teaspoon salt
