How to make your own giant lollipop decoration

This easy DIY project will transform your outdoors area into a whimsical land of giant lollipops. 

You will need:

• Pool noodles
• White or coloured duct tape to complement your pool noodle
• PVC pipe
• Scissors
• Hot glue
• Thin garden stake
• Hammer
• Cellophane sheets
• Ribbon

How to: 

1. Wrap white or coloured duct tape in a diagonal line down the noodle.
2. Starting at one end, begin applying a generous line of hot glue down pool noodle.
3. Begin rolling the noodle like a cinnamon roll.
4. Continue to glue and roll the noodle tight until “lollipop” has been created.
5. Stick end down well with hot glue.
6. Cut an “X” in the Pool Noodle with scissors.
7. Insert PVC pipe into pool noodle.
8. Hammer a thin garden stake into ground.
9. Put PVC Pipe over the garden stake to secure it to lawn.
10. You can wrap a sheet of cellophane around the top to create a "wrapper" for the lollipop if desired and tie off with ribbon.
