Read the first letter the Queen ever sent her grandmother Queen Mary

To mark The Queen's birthday this week, The British Monarch Facebook page shared a rarely-before-seen letter from The Royal Archives – a note written by the Queen when she was just five years old.
It is the first letter Princess Elizabeth, affectionately known as “Lilibet” in her childhood, sent to her grandmother, Queen Mary.
"Darling Granny," the young royal wrote. "Thank you very much for the lovely doll's house. I do love it and I have unpacked the dining room and the hall. Love from Lilibet xxx."
