4 of the weirdest TV cameos ever

While some television show cameos are great, funning and exciting then there are those that are just awkward and quite frankly, complete doozies. These are four of the weirdest TV cameos that come to mind.

1. Britney Spears on Sabrina

Britney Spears’s cameo came right at the end of the ABC’s Sabrina when Britney Spears was summoned by Sabrina’s dad, Edward Spellman (Doug Sheehan), to sing her third US top ten hit, “(You Drive Me) Crazy”.

2. Matt Lucas and David Walliams (as their Little Britain characters Lou and Andy) on Neighbours

The Little Britain characters made their soap debut Down Under in an episode of Neighbours. The duo, played by Matt Lucas and David Walliams, turn up in ScarletBar and get aquainted with Ramsay Street regular, Harold Bishop.

3. Stephen Hawking on Big Bang Theory

In this Big Bang Theory episode, Hawking joyously puts Jim Parsons’ Sheldon Cooper in his place. Hawking was referenced in the very first episode of the show, too, where characters Howard and Rajesh geek out over footage of a young Hawking. Helberg also does a Hawking impression in this episode while Stephen is in the room.

4. Ian McKellen on Coronation Street

With the likes of Cliff Richards, Prince Charles, Cheryl Cole and Status Quo, Ian McKellen appears in five episodes over the course of a week.
