Devilled eggs
<p>Devilled eggs are a classic for a reason: they’re delicious, and with this recipe, they’re so simple to make.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients: </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6 eggs</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of white vinegar</li>
<li>¼ cup of mayonnaise</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of American mustard</li>
<li>⅛ teaspoon of salt</li>
<li>Ground black pepper</li>
<li>Paprika</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Method: </span></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Hard boil eggs. Drain water and run eggs under cold water for several minutes.</li>
<li>Crack shells and remove whilst under running water.</li>
<li>Half eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks. Place whites on a serving plate.</li>
<li>In a medium sized bowl, mash yolks. Add vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.</li>
<li>Scoop or, for a fancier look, pipe yolk mix back into their white halves.</li>
<li>Top with paprika. Serve.</li>
