Mango and coconut ice cream pops

Sweet, refreshing and full of flavour, these mango and coconut ice cream pops go down a treat at just about any time of the year! Try this recipe today!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (about 200g)
  • 1 ripe mango (about 320g)
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Method:

  1. Simply peel the bananas and mangos and roughly chop them.
  2. Then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for a minute until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mould.
  4. Freeze for roughly five hours.
